Unfortunately, despite all my personal sympathy to Mme LIGOT, I cannot share opinions of other customers. I contacted Mme LIGOT on 08.09.2023 (having seen her before just once, coupe of hours, acting on the other project) with the need to buy urgently for two premises in my apartment not expensive furniture and decorations, which would match pieces I already have, and to reconfirm the color of walls. I asked as well for the contact of the reliable construction company to make painting works and minor renovations in the apartment. Finally I was sold the big and expensive for me project, with 3D models etc (which I did not want to accept as they are useless in the context) and… with the statement in a very small font that I will have to buy a furniture and decorations by myself!!! I would never sign it if it would be seen as it was the main job, where I needed the help of the designer. But, having poor knowledge of French (I use translation programs), and having lot of trust, I did not see this statement. I learned about it months later… When I proposed to put deadlines into the contract (as the work was urgent for me), Mme LIGOT refused… We spent many hours with Mme LIGOT discussing the details, which were never implemented. Despite the fact that I explained clearly that I am not interested in expensive solutions, I was proposed the tailor-made furniture (which costs a fortune) and the marble for the decoration…. Even though we never agreed on the 2D project, the part of the first 3D draft was sent to me after 3 months. And this draft ignored practically all my instructions given during endless discussions. I requested to stop the work immediately, but it was not done. Even after the follow-up discussion with Mme LIGOT she did not seem to understand that the draft she presented to me it is “no-go”, it cannot the acceptable even as a draft, not talking about considering it as a deliverable. Instead of baroque/classics with the touch of modern style & the proposal of optimal use of the space in the draft, there was a mixture of 1970-s with the modern elements and no changes in the layout. Conclusion: I did not see project management (something like planning, meeting deadlines or staged approach to the project, targeted/controlled discussions, implementation of customer´s requirements). Despite the urgency the designer took a holiday of more than 2 weeks, and later I was accused that I was not available for discussions…even though the mankind invented e-mails. One more accusation: Mme LIGOT wrote me that she did not force me to sign the contract with her (which literally means that it is my fault that I signed it in the trust and with good will - stupid me!!). I did not receive anything tangible at the level of the deliverables. Furniture and decorations for 1 room were not ordered in October23 (as I needed it), I did not receive as well the contact of the construction company, which already could have been done all works (Mme Ligot explained that she needs to accompany me in my communication with the construction company despite the fact that I do not need it). I lost uncountable amount of hours, which no-one compensate me. I did not receive deliverables against the payment I made – nearly 3500 EUR, which is a huge amount for me (my fault to be honest and to pay before receiving something), and Mme LIGOT refused to return me at least the part of the payment claiming that she spent lot of time on the project and forgetting that she is paid not on hourly basis, but based on deliverables. The draft provided by Mme LIGOT is to be thrown away as not usable/useful (I would like to attach some slides to let the reader to decide is it baroque or classicism)... It is sad to say such words, but I feel myself … cheated and robbed.
